GP10C-16 Co from XTC Luoyang refers to WC-10Co-4Cr, 5-25um Thermal Spray Powder, is most commonly used by HVOF spray and is one of the most popular HVOF Powder. This powder is a tungsten carbide based, made from medium Tungsten Carbide Powder, It is able to form a Thermal Spray Coating with excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. The manufacturing process is Agglomerated and Sintered which leads to a more intensive coating and high bonding strength of at least 70Mpa.

Its maximum operating temperature is 500 °C (930 °F). This kind of thermal spray material is mainly applied on valve parts, petroleum pipeline repair, steel rolls, corrugator rolls and could help to extend the service life of workpieces.
