88%WC 12%Co Carbide Tungsten Powder

GP12 is one of most popular Tungsten Carbide Powder made by Luoyang Golden Egret. It is a powder with gray color, consist of 88%WC and 12%Co. Particle size is 15-45um. Furthermore, Luoyang Golden Egret can also provide PSD required by Customers. GP12 made from medium WC with Max. operation temperature 500 ℃(930 °F). It is manufactured through agglomerated and sintered process, which can enhance the powder’s performance of intensive and high boding strength. Thus, the coating has the durable wear resistance, erosion resistance and sliding wear resistance as well as durable oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.

GP 12 is normally applied to general wear-out parts, like corrugator roll of paper manufacturing machinery, steel industry, blade, butt mill, saw teeth oil drilling tools etc.

GP 12 is widely used by HOF, APS and HVAF with a excellent coating performance.
