This product is powder for thermal spraying containing 86 % tungsten carbide 10% cobalt and 4% chromium as a hard material and a cobalt matrix that functions as a binder material for the carbide particles. All products are agglomerated and sintered powders
This product with Nano WC makes the coatings contain fine micro-structure and high bong strengths. In particular, these materials can be used for abrasion-resistant coatings in papermaking roller, fan and compressor blades, gate valve, ball valves at temperatures up to 500 °C (930 °F).
