WC-10%Co-4%Cr Tungsten Carbide Powder

GP10CH is also named Tungsten Carbide Powder, which is a gray powder. GP10CH is composed of 86%WC-10%Co-4%Cr and the micron size is 15-45um.GP10CH is similar to 1350VF, 1350VM and 1320Q. In addition, XTC Luoyang can also provide the PSD required by clients. It is made from nano WC. Its max. operation temperature is 500 ℃(930 °F).The WC based powder is manufactured by agglomerated and sintered process, which can heighten the intensive performance and high bonding strength. Tungsten Carbide Coating has the durable wear resistance, oxidation, erosion resistance and sliding wear resistance. And the coating has compact microscopic structure and high bonding strength, also the excellent toughness of coating.

GP10CH is also HVOF Tungsten Carbide Coating. It can be used by HVOF/HVAF spray. The shape of powder is spherical.  It can be applied to general wear-out parts, like valves, corrugator roll in paper or steel industry, compressor blade, butt mill, saw teeth, oil drilling tools etc.
