WC-CoCr Tungsten Carbide HVOF Powder

GP10CH-22 consists of 86%WC-10%Co-4%Cr, which is one of the best-selling Tungsten Carbide Powder from XTC Luoyang . For this Tungsten Carbide Coating, the PSD is 5-20um and the composition is Nano WC, 3um WC. It is a very smooth coating with fine micro-structure and high bond strengths. GP10CH-22 production progress is agglomeration and sintering, which can make the coating compact micro structure and high bonding strength (>70MPa). The hardness of GP10CH-22 is 1000-1300 HV0.3. Its max. operation temperature is 500 ℃(930 °F).

GP10CH-22 is also named HVOF/HVAF Tungsten Carbide Coating, because of its HVOF/ HVAF application process. GP10CH-22 is in spherical shape since it is made by agglomerated and sintered, which can help form excellent bonding strength. So its porosity is less than 1%. Its deposition percent is 45%-60%.
