APS chrome oxide powder wear resistance,heat and corrosion resistance
GPSCT25 is also named Chromium Oxide Ceramics Powder. It is composed of 75%Cr2O3-25%TiO2 and the micron size is 15-45um. It is produced by sintered and crushed process. In addition, XTC Luoyang can also provide the PSD required by clients. Its max. operation temperature is 540℃.
The coating can heighten the intensive performance and high bonding strength. And it has the durable wear resistance , heat and corrosion resistance. And the coating has compact microscopic structure and high bonding strength, and also the excellent toughness of coating.
GPSCT25 can be used to APS spray process. The coating can be ground to achieve a very high surface smoothness and it has a very low friction system.
It can be applied to sealing body, such as shaft bushing, pump body, piston rod, plunger, textile machinery parts, etc.
