Ni-20Cr Powder 20-53um is Nickel base alloy powder and thermal spray powder, which is  an oxidation-resistant thermal sprayed bond coat material used under a variety of thermal sprayed ceramic top coats. They can also be used for repair and buildup coatings. Compare with

 Tungsten Carbide Powder, Ni base powder has better anti-corrosion features like Chrome carbide powder. Mostly Ni80Cr20 can be sprayed by Thermal Spray Coating like HVOF and plasma spray.

The high chromium content of these materials enhances their resistance to oxidation and corrosion. The coatings generated by these materials are generally smooth as sprayed and have a bright appearance
