Letter of Proposal for Xiamen Tungsten Quality Month 2024
Dear colleagues,
In order to fully implement the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress and the second and Third plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, implement the "Quality Power Construction Outline" and the "Fujian Province Quality Strong Province Construction Outline" deployment, according to the Fujian Quality Strong Provincial Office (2024) No. 9 - on the implementation of the province's 2024 "quality Month" activity notice requirements, especially launched the 2024 Xiamen Tungsten Quality Month activity, Continuously enhance the quality awareness of all Xiamen Tungsten staff, and continuously improve the quality management level of Xiamen Tungsten.
In this regard, we propose:
1. Further strengthen the organization and planning of "Quality Month" activities: Each component company should clarify the activity objectives, formulate activity plans, and carry out "Quality Month" activities in an organized and planned way according to its own reality.
2. Further expand the publicity of "Quality Month" activities: the companies can increase their publicity efforts by hanging banners, slogans, using corporate journals, wechat public accounts, etc., to create a good atmosphere of "everyone cares about quality".
3. Further improve the level of participation in the "Quality Month" activity: Various molecular companies carry out colorful and distinctive activities in combination with the reality, so that the "Quality Month" activity is more popular.
4. To further ensure the effectiveness of the "Quality Month" activities: the molecular companies start from their own needs, adhere to the problem-oriented, focus on the difficulties of quality work, and use the "quality Month" platform to overcome difficulties and enhance the sense of "quality".
