AL2O3-40TiO2 is a composite ceramic Thermal Spray Powder which is produced by an electro fusion crushing process. In general, it is spraied by plasma spray and can be used for spraing an extremely wear-resistant creamic coating and has good adhension to the substrate.

the product performance of AL2O3-40TiO2 includes: wear-resistant grain wear, hard face resistant, cavitation resistance, partical erosion resistance, sliding wear resistance, easy to grind.

The coating have excellent wear-resistant grain wear, corrosion resistance. The coating layer can be worked under 540 degree centigrade.
