WC-10Co-4Cr 15-53um Thermal Spray Powder

For the Oil and Gas industry, like ball valve, gate valve applications, WC-10Co-4Cr, 15-53um Thermal Spray Powder is a suitable material mianly used by High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spray. This powder is  is made from Medium WC, could form a coating with excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. 

Its maximum operating temperature is 500 °C (930 °F). This Thermal Spray Materials is mainly applied on valve parts, petroleum pipeline repair, steel rolls, corrugator rolls and could help to extend the service life of workpieces. The HVOF Tungsten Carbide Coating coating always maintains great performance in high pressure and salty environment. And easily match most HVOF equipments process.
