GD4045154-4 is one of our Welding Bar products. The components of our welding bars are SCTC(spherical cast tungsten carbide),CTC(cast tungsten carbide) and Ni based alloy powder. The Welding Bar is sintered by and Ni-based powder. The Ni Based Welding Bar is in spherical shape with better wear resistance and the nickel alloy is in spherical or nearly spherical shape and has good wettability with cast tungsten carbide. The Ni Based CTC Welding Bar has a higher impact resistance and better wear resistance.
Its SCTC Ni Based Welding Bar wear resistance and corrosion resistance is between tube rod and flexible rope. This welding bar is in the sintered forming, it is nickel based alloy sintered with cast carbide tungsten carbide/spherical cast tungsten carbide/Cemented Carbide Pellets/cemented carbide particles/single crystal tungsten carbide or its mixture, it is used for Surface strengthening of oil drilling tools, PDC bits, concrete mixer blade, mud pump, miner chute, miner drill stem and mechanical parts of tunnel rock drill machine etc. Welded by oxy-acetylene with weak carburizing flame.
