Product Introduction

It can be adjusted according to the application requirements of the flux core composition, the coating is dense, low porosity, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
It can be sprayed by supersonic arc spraying process, with good thermal conductivity of the wire, high bonding strength with the substrate and no cracking; it is used for surface spraying and repair of paper drying cylinders.

Applications

Supersonic arc spraying can change the workpiece surface material looseness, low hardness, sandstone, porosity and other defects; after spraying, the surface hardness and finish improve, wear resistance and corrosion resistance enhance, widely used in paper drying cylinder, cylinder pillar and other shaft surface strengthening and repair.
